Did you read what I posted on Pollock and the 16th Amendment?https://www.americanbar.org...The Sixteenth Amendment, passed by two-thirds of both houses of Congress and ratified by three-quarters of the states, allowed a tax on income without apportionment, putting the last nail in Pollock’s coffin.

Then what is your point? My point is that the tax is constitutional. Yours is that it is not. It definitely is.
