My own definition of infrastructure includes medical facilities for brain damaged WH press corps. They keep coming to these press briefings without hard hats, bike helmets and protective gear. They have no one to blame but themselves if Jen boxes their ears and they are brain damaged! Or she cracks their thick skulls with one of her sweet little smiles. But I still want them to receive emergency treatment right there at the WH before they are allowed to be out on the street again.
