Police are unured to people bleeding out on the ground, often in handcuffs. Thier indifference is part of thier culture. They slap each others backs about it at thier meetings and FPO conferences. Man is usually a bad animal. The worst of us are usually police.

Uvalde County uses Hart Verity voting machines. We have them in my county. No paper ballot at all. Texas seems to use only ES&S and Hart, no Dominion that I saw.https://www.sos.state.tx.us...
