Those who have not lived in Missouri may have a dim understanding of the attitudes in areas outside Kansas City and St Louis. Let us just say that Alabama looks progressive compared to, say, Jefferson County MO. They once had zoning there, but got rid of it because FREEDOM. The cholera epidemic from all the uninspected septic tanks should start soon....
