They get enough Federal funding, the local funding is just icing. If we weren't at war with weed, cop shops would shrink rapidly. Let the Feds chase the drug kingpins.

As any omnibus bill will many authors is, the crime bill was scattershot, but so to is the perverse way you can get terrible results in the name of bipartisanship. For instance, liberals noticed how vague sentencing guidelines let parole boards be super racist in their decisions and wanted sentences to be standardized. Conservatives thought parole boards were overall too lenient. Pair the two and you have mandatory minimums.

I did not vote in the general or in the run-off. I was really unsure about who to vote for. I should have looked into the candidates more closely. I did not. I feel bad, but this article makes me happy. I was worried that if Johnson won, then it was just going to be used by the cops as an excuse to be terrible and do less. I hope that does not happen. Going to order a chicago style dog after writing this, with extra sport peppers.

Real estate agents won't violate that decision as it could cost them their license to sell the properties! Plus the lawsuits under the Fair Housing Laws!
