I'm sorry it is going to be so difficult, if not impossible, to try TMS. I haven't been at it long enough to tell if it will help me.

As for lying MO Republicans and gullible voters, I think the problem is common in many "purple" states. >sigh<

So you're a Show Me stater too. I'm from St. Louis originally. It really sucks that that lying little ratfuck Hawley beat McCaskill. I can't believe the gall of that yahoo to make a commercial all folksy, homey about how his kid has a pre-existing condition and how he's going to protect others in the same boat when in fact as AG, he tied MO to a TX lawsuit that would end the federal Affordable Care Act, which requires insurers to cover pre-existing conditions. So, kill Obamacare, then try and dream up something to replace it. Yeah. Uh-huh. The GOP has tried once already and failed. Typical GOP mendacity and stupidity. The MO blues just couldn't make up for the red-neck rurals who seem to have no conception of what happens or even what it means when you vote against your own interests. Idiots.

Anyway, TMS update. This is going to be way more complicated than I thought. It's still considered experimental here so my insurance won't cover it, and we certainly couldn't afford it out of pocket. The only way I could do it would be to become a test subject and have the hospital pick up the tab. Whether that will ever happen is the giant fly in the ointment. I spoke to one doctor about it, and he said he'd look into it, but how that will go and how long it will take, I have not one clue. Sooo, I'm pretty much in limbo on this, and my inherent cynicism is growing. I know I would be a good subject. You can't get much more depressed than I am and still be alive. I'm also quite a pessimist, which shouldn't surprise you. That 50-60% success rate leaves a pretty wide margin for failure. But all that depends on if I can even get the treatment in the first place. *sigh* So it goes.
