Covid will never go away, unfortunately, since half the country can’t do the bare minimum. I found out today that docs at my hospital are only 70% vaccinated. Idiots.
The only positive outlook is those of us who believe in basic science and reasoning keep getting our boosters every year and we don’t die.

My state is at a 10% positivity rate and once again, my hospital is being told to "brace for impact". This is the 4th wave.
