In yet another completely isolated incident that has nothing to do with race, another black man has released a video of police going to town on him for being an uncooperative ne'er do well. In this case, the unruly offender is Christopher Lollie of St. Paul, Minnesota, who on Jan. 31 of this year was waiting to pick his kids up from daycare when confronted by a cop who wanted to know his name and why he was sitting down on a chair in a skyway in between two buildings. Like a troublemaker, he seemed to think he had the right to not give his name and ID to a police officer without her telling him what he'd done wrong -- and then what he'd done wrong was to not comply with her "Papers, please" request, which marked him as a probable criminal threat
Give it time. Sooner or later the cops will get sloppy and start pulling this shit on white people who don't happen to be hippies or gheys or commie/liebrul/anarchist/hoodlums or dirt poor and homeless and suddenly Christian White and his family are going to notice- kind of the way crack and hip-hop suddenly became a problem the moment white kids discovered them...

Meanwhile today in Blah Conservative opinions, Star Parker seems to think Michael Brown's problem wasn't overzealous cops, but a "culture of crime and poverty" perpetuated by anti-capitalist Liberals. Google it if you want, not gonna link to that shit.

If the police keep up this torrent of excessive force and violating peoples' rights it might actually reach the point where middle class white people start to become concerned...
Nah. Not til it starts to happen to middle class white people. And considering how hard R's are working to get the middle class down to three guys from Columbus, it's difficult to judge how soon that might be.
Hopefully, the settlement will allow him to move his kids to a better neighborhood. One with fewer racist assholes. I have no idea, sadly, where that might be.
