Executing an innocent man is murder and should be tried as such. I see no reason for the executioners, courts, jury members, cops, and lawyers to have immunity for murder.
Yep. And even without scamming, any system will have unavoidable inefficiencies. Just accept that and consider it into your projections and budget planning. If you assume at least 5% loss and budget for that you still do 95% good. It basically just increases the price of doing good a couple percent, and who cares about that?
