New Terrorist Scenarios Chart Released

Yesterday Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff announced that a "terror scenarios" report that had been drawing media attention was "still in draft stages" and not yet ready for public perusal. While the report described "15 nightmares for disaster planning" , its draft status was readily apparent. Here's the final version, which adds a number of scenarios that are both more threatening and more likely than those included in the original document.— GREG BEATO
