Something similar happened in Chicago a while back, except they dumped bodies in the woods, in ponds, and buried multiple people in the same grave.
Next Thursday he'll spray paint some turtles and birds.
Although one excuse given for not shooting the guy was that they didn't want to shoot the victim.
