Well, I'm hoping that he - and Nicole Wallace, and Michael Steele, Jennifer Rubin, Richard Painter, and a whole lot of faces willing to speak up and take part in discussions on msnbc where all of them are finding a platform - will be the foundation of a conservative block of voters, maybe even a party, that will be willing to work alongside liberals and progressives, who understand compromise, and ideas like "country before party" and that a goal of holding raw power is not what the founders of the country were aiming for. There will always be a conservative contingent in our citizenry; I would sincerely like it to be one that is responsible and willing to compromise. The current-day GOP is not that.
