Norm Coleman Forced To Pay Al Franken $94,783 For Losing Election
The 2008 Minnesota Senate race is still going strong, nearly eight months later. What comical new developments can we enjoy together? Oh, how about this, from theStar-Tribune: "A three-judge panel today required Republican Norm Coleman to pay Democrat Al Franken $94,783 to cover court costs .... Coleman will also have to pay interest on the $94,783 until the debt is paid." And which three judges added further expensive humiliation to Norm's life of failure? The answer may surprise you!
Ha, it was the same three-judge panel that ruled against Coleman in the election trial itself. Why do liberal activist judges hate Norm Coleman?
And all 200 people still interested in this drawn-out lamer show have commented on this important development, including this guy:
Man, somebody pinch me ... when did this country start moving in the right direction again? This is justice at its best. Norm Coleman is a self-serving loser who's lost to a not so funny comedian and former pro wrestler. Great to see his self-serving ways will cost him... hope he can get up after repeatedly getting run over by the bus his Republican "friends" keep throwing him under. Anyone who claims this election is a fraud is a kool-aid drinking, mouth-breathing, knuckle-dragging, lemming who would actually vote for and defend a carpetbagger, self-serving, slimeball, simply cuz he was Republican. F. Here's to us finally getting two senators. Really hope Franken is up for the job.
Wait, Al Franken's a "former pro wrestler"? No, that was funny nutball Jesse Ventura, who beat Coleman in the Minnesota governor's race about a million years ago.
