As an NC resident myself I feel like this headline is SLIGHTLY unfair...surely the NC legislature despises Dogs in addition to Poors, and wouldn't be involved in feeding them in any way.

Our Glorious Legislature also declared that actual science concerning the coastline is illegal, so I'm unclear on how we can take money for hurricane relief; is the hurricane magic, in this worldview?

And I will gurantee you that when the next Hurricane strikes the NC coast, everyone of these shit stains legislators will be screaming for FEMA and the Corp of Engineers to rebuild the houses & beaches in Turdwater Bay, NC while FEMA sends USAR teams to perform search and rescue operations because their emergency services are so "overwhelmed" (i.e., under funded).
