I just cannot believe that these people are still legislating over this. The Dem candidate won.

This should be illegal. Trying to play the system because republicans control the system is just wrong. What a waste of tax payer money but hey it’s not his money. This should have clearly ended at the NC Supreme Court. Literally throwing out votes is not a good practice. Republicans are the lowest of the low, the slimiest of the slime. Why can’t Democrats be stronger. If the republicans are cheating, investigate.

Good grief the GOP is out of control in their quest to be in control of our country.

Last week at my local Trader Joe's, there was a sign explaining the shortage of eggs. Today, I noticed they had yogurt and such like taking up shelf space in the egg cooler, along with the eggs.

"Superior Court of Wake County like he was supposed to, he directly Karened to the state Supreme Court that he aspires to join, EMERGENCY demanding that they not certify the election in favor of his opponent, incumbent Justice Allison Riggs, and change the law after the election already happened and throw out 66,049 legally cast ballots." [emphasis in the original]

Deja vu all over again, a page torn out of Mooseballs Mussolini's playbook:

* RINO loses;

* Bypasses the legal "chain of command;"

* Appeals directly to the (state) Supreme Court;

* Insists that they can't certify the election (because he lost)

* Wants ~66,000 legit votes tossed (because they didn't vote for him -- and see below re absentee/overseas ballots), similar to the Fulvous Flatulence demand that GA Sec of State Raffensperger "find" enough votes so that he will be declared the winner;

* The will of the People be damned, Judge Jefferson Griffin *knows* in his heart of hearts that he was the rightful winner and should take his seat on the NC Supreme Court because... that's what he wants.

-----

"even though there was NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER of any kind of fraud. Only Griffin’s griping that state voter ID laws should have been retroactive, and absentee/overseas ballots should be thrown out too." [emphasis in the original]

Wow, the similarities just keep coming:

* The Mango Malignancy took his claims of fraud to over 60 different courts;

* He failed to produce any evidence (insisting that when the time was right he'd release all of his evidence -- after the forgeries were to the point that they were good enough so they would not be noticeable);

* Absentee and ballots from overseas should not be counted because the count would occur after the election was concluded (apparently, both the Sociopathic Marigold Swamp Monster and Griffin have no problems with disenfranchising our military stationed outside the US, Embassy personel, and expats).

-----

Honest Election Project

Why do the Right wingnuts insist on names for their organizations that are dripping with irony:

* House Freedom Caucus

* American Principles Project

* America First

* Moms for Liberty

* Veterans for Freedom (Pete Hegseth nonprofit)

* Concerned Veterans for America (same as above)

* Center for American Liberty “…civil liberties of Americans left behind by civil rights legacy organizations.”

* Great American Family (Cable and YouTube channel) "Hallmark movies aren't heterosexual enough."

*Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence (part of the Claremont Institute)

* Etc... etc... etc...

We would just be some weak will, tea drinking socialist like China or Britain.

Reality…

So I was at a consular practice CLE last week, and one of the speakers (former USCIS big wig) accurately predicted a lot of the EOs, notably the 14A and gender stuff.

Folks: keep an eye on the consulates (where visas are issued): “extreme vetting” and refusals/denials based on the “cultural” threats of incoming foreign nationals will be the “new” Muslim ban. Conoffs are scared as hell of issuing wrongful approvals, and in the coming weeks/months I think we’re going to see new attempts to re-train in order to indoctrinate. Thanks to the doctrine of consular nonreviewability, there’s almost zero option for judicial review (although policies that violate APA could maybe get in front of a judge).

Does is sound like fuckery? It is. Are you super familiar with any of the terminology above? Few are - if the news coverage is anything to go by, even the Ivied legal “experts” out there know fuck all about the nuts and bolts of the practice. Things are going to suck for a while and people are going to start getting insane visa denials, but I don’t they’re smart or experienced enough to fuck things for generations. That is the -only- benefit of our jury rigged, messy immigration system at the moment.

Right to life, right to freedom, right to own property, all these things can just be decreed by Trump to be non-existent because he has demonstrated that he is not operating based on laws and without laws do those things actually exist ?

We do not have a democracy. We have a fascist Oligarchy full of cold-blooded bullies. The only real fix is to get special interest money our of our elections. Unfortunately, the politicians who could do that benefit from it.
