And what about Friendly Fire rates? Is 2% losses acceptable there? How about Air Support? Will we bomb, or just use ground troops? What kind of targeting will be used? Is bombing of civilian buildings acceptable? Maybe even Hospitals if it can be shown that they are supplying the dark-skinned enemy with comfort and support, right? And let's not forget our POW and 'enemy combatant' policies. If the troops pick up anyone in the area of engagement wearing the 'uniform'...
