It starts with glitter...but escalates to streamers and balloons Super tough guy, Trump surrogate, and occasional jail death ignorer David Clarke, the Sheriff of Milwaukee County, was terrified and very triggered by the Women's March in Washington Saturday, where he saw what's ahead for America:
Wearing a dress would be more appropriate, though insulting to women. Ever notice how he and the man with the shiny bald spot are rarely doing their jobs.
It's not headaches with me, but decades-long chronic clinical depression. Umpteen drugs haven't worked, seven shrinks haven't worked, ECT didn't work, nothing has worked. I have come to the conclusion through research that something in my brain isn't working or wired right. I have the same problem with tension in my back and neck, which hurts like hell, but that is symptomatic of the physiology of depression in which the nerves are constantly in a flight or fight state. This is one major reason why severely depressed people are tired all the time from using all that nervous energy. I quit the useless meds about three years ago. I've found that the only remedy, albeit transient, is being with friends and hanging out at Wonkette. I very much like everyone here. I so wish I could meet everyone in person, but it's a bit of a commute from Hello, Kittyland. *sigh* So it goes, eh?
Dang it! Not only was I tool late to heap merciless derision upon the hapless denizen of the no-thought zone, but now I'll have to wait until Sunday's DSFBs to read what pearls of wisdom he graced us with here.
Unfortunately it's the middle of the afternoon here and I have things to do. I'll leave a few comment, which won't be allowed, at the open thread, but life stuff must be done. Shit.
Well we very much like you as well. And the Vonnegut quote is appropriate. Fwiw, I shared your definition on the open thread, and will continue to share it here and elsewhere. And now I really must go to bed. But may the wind always be at your back. Oh, also, depression sucks. And I'm sorry that you are also dealing with it. Have a good afternoon, and I'll see you here soon.
On the contrary, I'm certain these gents are bumbling along on the loudest, heaviest, bloated recliners-on-wheels they can find, just to prove how manly they are.
Don't worry. In another couple of months they'll drop it and start up polling imaginary match ups for the next go round.
These tiny little men need a safe space to harbor their poor hurt little fee-fees.

Sheldon? Is that you!
He definitely seems "sensitive".

sigh...
See my comment above about depression and know you made me feel a little bit better on the day. Little things can mean so much.

Christ, what whiny little butthurt manbabies these wingnuts are. My six-year-old niece has bigger balls than this guy.
So relieved the manly men of Bikers for Trump are there to keep him safe.

I was led to believe there would be a wall of meat.
Sheldon!
