Apparently the internal exam includes inserting a finger into the vagina to feel for ovaries and the uterus. It's not just trans girls, any girl who is "reported" will be forced to undergo this in order to play the sport they want. Anyone who has had a pap smear and ovary check knows how fucking awful the experience is, but it's one thing when you are consenting adult and it's part of normal reproductive care to ensure no cysts, tumors, etc. They are legislating the mass sexual assault of children, and they are all fucking monsters.

Who fucking gives a god damned fuck about sports? You don't have a "right" to compete in fair athletic competitions. That's not one of your rights and even if it was having an entire 1 person with an "unfair" advantage - as if they're a pro athlete just because they're "trans" - isn't going to change anything.
