The British Health Service effectively gave up on dentistry in the days of Thatcher. That said, I have seen a higher proportion of the population missing teeth in the USA than in the UK.
With all of the money spent on this Middle East escapade we should have title to at least half of Pakistan. Just give us the border regions next to Afghanistan and someone will figure out how to make a theme park out of it. Suggestions for names?
