Trump & Pals will find a loophole keeping Manafort out of jail. Just you watch. I’d be surprised if he actually goes to jail, let alone tomorrow (Friday.)
I would like to stop by here to remind everyone that he is still in jail. Have a less horrible weekend with that thought. At least three of the people who brought us baby jails are not getting entirely away with it.
But Mueller was free to include as much detail (with supporting declarations and so forth) in his opening brief as he liked. He didn't need to wait for Manafort's opposition brief to complain that there were insufficient particulars before then supplying them in his reply to the opposition.
That's what I don't get about this "trap" theory on the motion to jail Manafort.
No. Just because, in the big picture, more money went out than came in doesn't mean revenue didn't come from (for example) his hotel business. The fact that he's a crap businessman and his hotel earnings didn't make up for his losses elsewhere has no bearing on whether he got paid by a foreign government.
And I would think if he wanted to attempt any such argument, he'd have to cough up his tax returns as support for it.
I don't think Paul will like the accommodations in the pen.
What's the current exchange rate if Paul wants to trade cigarettes for bottles of Just For Men?

That's because it's possible to enter the Czech Republic from Germany without any border controls.
An admitted attempt to subvert justice isn’t likely to allow him a front door exit from the hearing. There may be a van ride in his future
So, is he going? Inquiring/idle minds want to know.

I was joking about her being a bitch. I consider her a sister and love her, which is why it was supposed to be funny. I didn't write it well.
I understood how you meant it. It's my reply that came off all awkward. Sorry. :(
And PBR.
It's the same old story. It is always the cover-up, not the crime.
Where are your rugs now, Paul?

VERY interesting position he's in!
WHAT is the deal with him horning in on this thing with something about a marijuana cryptocurrency? Did I just dream that?
Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Last time I checked civil forfeiture was only for POCs and poors.
