What's the difference between an "Opportunity Zone" and a "stimulus bill"? OH yeah, the socialism.

future anthropologists? I wonder about it already. Maybe the Plaztecs live in 19th century Repubican world, while I live in the present*. So, relatively speaking, I <i>am</i> in the future. ____________________________ * using scientific measurements of "time", which is, of course, a hoax.

"...tax credit proposal for a $4 billion Shell Oil Co. plant..." Dog knows, if anyone needs $$$, it is Shell Oil. Maybe PA should just donate everything to the company in a wild desperate hope it will be enough.

Just a guess, but I am betting the tax break the company gets is worth far more than the amount that'll be contributed to the local economy (minus the cost to taxpayers for environmental clean-up, of course).
