Nebraska has some of the richest farmland in the world, is chock full of very prosperous white people, and the state taxes are quite moderate. I know this firsthand because I know a lot of prosperous white people in Nebraska. There is no justification whatsoever for Gov. Rickets' decision other than his dislike of brown people.
