This type of foolishness has become so common I need to take a pause now and then to get orientated. Man carries a loaded large capacity magazine semi-auto assault style long rifle into an airport. And the only thing wrong with that was when the weapon may have been accidently pointed in the general direction of a couple of citizens, a charge I'm sure he'll beat in court.

Nope, still disorientated.

Give it a week, and when someone mentions "Dr. Steinmetz" the response will be "Who? Never had anyone working here named that, no sir."

He could have pointed that thing "inadvertently" at everybody in the airport and at the worst, someone might report him for animal abuse. "That baby hamster he had is far too young to be away from its mother! It's eyes aren't even formed!"

How will he beat it in court? Just get anyone's mother on the stand. "Yes, it is impolite to point." CASE CLOSED!

I have a feeling Steinmetz was never Big Man On Hippocampus anyway.

...asking... if it would be possible to photograph the “Steinmetz Laboratory.” She said no.

Shooting guns is Second Amendment. Fuck yeah! Shooting newspaper photographs is only the First Amendment.

The northern part around Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon has trees, mountains, water, and is very beautiful. It's that desolate settlement called "Phoenix" and its suburb named after a Chevrolet SUV that're inexplicable.

A few more drought summers or a reasonable carbon tax should remove it all.

He'll kill you for saying that.
