It states it pretty baldly. But it is true.

One officer asked if they were "fucking deaf," which is offensive because people with actual hearing impairments do exist in the world and not just to inconvenience law enforcement.

For the record, this is also a threat. Deaf persons, regardless of race are subject to police brutality at a higher rate than Black persons of any level of hearing ability. And of course if you're a 17 year old, Deaf, Black teenager perceived as a boy? Jesus, the only way to stay safe from cops' violence is to just shut yourself in the house until you're 65 and come across as at least marginally less frightening to racist cops.

Or, don't believe the far-left ACLU who believes crazy things like that police officers must follow the law. Read the Atlantic instead.

If you need it spoon fed to you with some humor, you could watch Samantha Bee's segment on this very problem.

Of course the last thing we should do is pay attention to what Deaf people themselves have to say on the matter.

They would also accuse him of playing the "black card" on account of how racism is like a bad poker game (of which half the cards are actually black).

I heard that "officer involved shootings" were once classified by the coroners as "lead poisoning". No joke. I was young and naive when I heard that. Now there are smart phones.

Some communities have that screening already. Unfortunately, that screening consists of one question: "are you now or have you ever been a member of a white supremacist group?" Answer - responseNo - sorry, non-specific reason we cannot hire you.Yes - you're in!(Prove me wrong. Please.)

I suggest drug testing for many drugs (esp: cocaine, amphetamines and steroids) whenever one of these situations occurs. If you can drug test a retail worker whenever they have an accident at work, you should be able to drug test when a gun-bearing incident in this spectrum occurs.

It's been openly hijacked since 9/11/2001. Do you really think it's a coincidence that big-shot Kraft's football team won the Superbowl that year? There was just too much propaganda value in having "The Patriots" win the trophy to let the win just go to the winning team. (IMO)

I saw a comment on a Phoenix news site that said something similar. They wanted to know what was said because they said they called 911 recently when they thought someone was breaking into their house and no one showed up for 45 minutes.

The comments supporting their behavior are pretty much "it's a dangerous job" and "anyone could have a gun", right? So when we have cops that, by the current U.S. definition of policing, carry lethal weapons, including guns, we should approach them with the same caution. There is no need to bring the virtue of apples into this.

I don't remember how old I was, but I once took a book from a pet shop to show my mom, who was in another store at the same shopping center, just a couple doors down. She walked me back to the pet shop to return the book. I had no intention of keeping that book.
