Great. Under current circumstances Land plant life might not provide enough O2 on it's own so the oxygen level might drop far enough to be fatal to anything larger than a rat.

don't blame the country, blame the politicians. if it were up to me, they would pay half of net profits for ten years for every spill. but, find a politician who will do it.
