Anyone who's ever had to deal with someone with borderline personality or similar disorders knows this behaviour profile only too well. Trump is living in the kind of fantasy world we'd expect from a two-year-old where he is King and everything conforms magically to his wishes (is that the age his emotional damage occurred d'ya think?). And everyone around him is an enabler, cossetting him so he doesn't have to confront the reality that he isn't king of anything but maybe his golden throne.
