Funny thing is I worked in a falconry and we had a Bald Eagle called Cherokee - most chilled out bird ever (but really heavy and a total wuss - he had a tracking tag on his leg but even in displays he never went far. I never saw him be aggressive like that.) Animals know when people are bad news.

Yes, he was trying to use a talking point from the anti alternative energy propaganda. It's a fairly obscure point and has to be nuanced to make sense. He mangled the whole thing of course.
