The iron cross in WW1 had a crown at the top and W in the center for Kaiser Wilhelm and the year 1914 at the bottom. The WW2 version had nothing at the top, a swastika in the middle and the year 1939.

How will tfg take it? Recall that tfg complained that the Jan 6 “tourists” were dressed a little scruffy for his taste. Maybe the new dress code is related to that?

Maybe, but I think he was saying don't wear the red hats. I'm thinking tfg, having used the red hats to brand his cultwads, will not be happy to hear they're ripping the branding off. Of course, tfg might drop dead by the rally date.
