The only surprise is that he didn't do this in public before now.
We had Richard Spencer do a "Heil Trump!" thing in the first inauguration in a hotel meeting space, and now Elmo throwing Nazi salutes at the actual second inaugural.
This trend should lead to President J.D. Vance doing the Nazi salute from the Oval Office.
