[A note from your editrix: If you can't say something nice when Bernie Sanders does a good thing -- you know who you are -- let's sit this post out, 'k?]

yeah, not gonna happen since the comment section got good and truly killed after your tremendous upgrade.

Can't stand either of those two dick cheeses. I suggest they resolve their differences via a bare-knuckle boxing match: if we get lucky, they'll break each others' jaws.

Oh, so we're done with those issues? There appears to be a problem with your goalposts...

Good grief.

“Sanders, on the other hand, supports the sanctions on Russia, but believes lawmakers should delay further sanctions on Iran to protect the nuclear agreement made during the Obama administration.

"That is not a risk worth taking, particularly at a time of heightened tension between Iran and Saudi Arabia and its allies," Sanders said in a statement after voting the first time against the bill on June 15.

"I think the United States must play a more even-handed role in the Middle East, and find ways to address not only Iran's activities, but also Saudi Arabia's decades-long support for radical extremism."

Though Sanders does not agree with the other four on Russia sanctions, his response to Iran is similar: the US needs a more "even-handed approach." US policy needs to be less reactionary.”

I see no reason to treat any of that as suspicious or nefarious. And no, a lobbyist working with a strategist doesn’t change that. By all means indulge in your conspiracy theories but that’s a Stretch Armstrong reach.

That's very interesting. She should write a book. Or a million op-eds.

You know, if Bernie wants us to honor our Editrix's request to not criticize him, he sure could help by not being a self-serving asshole.

Why no, no I didn't.

But Obama didn't vote against Russian sanctions and the Magnitsky act and have a chief campaign strategist tied to Paul Manafort, either.

I have never understood why a politician changing their mind (or even just their public opinion) is framed as a negative.

Did you mock Obama when his opinion on marriage equality “evolved” too?

The small number of votes in three states that turned the election to Trump? Yup. Stein, Johnson, and Russian meddling too. Don't ask if you anticipate that you won't like my answer.

It's hard because of his piss-poor, conniving, deceitful campaign and personal display in the 2016 election.

And now we have Donald Trump!
