I love creamy, spready texture but not runny. Give me some nice soft blue or Gorgonzola. Yum! Just don't like the taste of Brie or goat cheese. Or hazelnuts.

Still vegan, so no. But I made great guacamole last night, and had it with homemade bean dip and salsa for dinner. Bought the roommate one of his favorite meals because it's his birthday (he is decidedly NOT vegan, but loves that guacamole). Bon appetit.
