Are you talking repairs and maintenance or expansions?Because repairs and maintenance shouldn't be in a one time bill, they should automatically be in the monthly budget.I don't know how many expansions are needed, I don't know enough about USA infra for that.
Well, let's just talk bridges. More than 231,000 need major repairs including 81,000 that need to be replaced. That's more than a third of all US bridges. 46,000 are "structurally deficient." Estimated costs (and you know it will cost much more in the end) to do this is 164B, just for the bridges.https://www.artba.org/2020/...
Yes, but that's maintenance. Doing maintenance, repairs, and replacement should be budgeted starting at construction and regularly updated. It should never be part of such a patchjob of a proposal. Doing maintenance as a one-off is not only an admission of a massive failure to plan, it is also continuing the lack of planning of your maintenance. At the very least pair it with a yearly maintenance budget.
Even if Democrats accepted this, Republicans wouldn't vote for it, so, no.
puppies!
Serious attempt at a negotiation is the new WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTIONrelated.... program....activities
Disgust also flagged the name of a cat breed, so I just adjust it to MaineCoon.
Watch out! There are some faux progressives and fake liberals that still swallow the NPR and PBS bullshit...

Relax. Here in California we've been reading about "moderate" Diane Feinstein since... the flood.
The GWP will allow less of everything. Except corruption, malfeasance and where possible treason.

I survived the Battle of Second Pfizer. It was a rough fight but victory was mine.
So, I know this is all meant for show, but everything is so far apart...I mean, how do you have a conversation without yelling?
Yelling is what they do!
