You know, I want to believe women who say they’ve been abused. I really do. But this…is awfully hard to believe. Mace is so weird at the best of times, so inconsistent that it’s hard to trust anything she says, let alone huge accusations like this one.
everyone who says that they have been raped deserves the benefit of the doubt. that is hard to do that when they scream about being assaulted/abused because a trans person shook their hand one time and the people she's accusing are all on the other side of law suits etc.

I have no doubt that at some point Rep Mace experienced something traumatizing, but based on the testimonies of everyone around her, it seems like she was the one who crossed the boundaries way way way too often.
I have only every talked about sexytime things with a work colleague when that fellow work colleague was 1. on equal footing 2. also a woman and 3. someone I would consider a good friend even outside of work. (And it was in the context of our shared experiences with our respective hysterectomies.)
It is NOT okay to bring that up in a supervisor/subordinate relationship, even when the woman is the boss.
The GOP, as we once knew it, has ceased to exist. They have been completely hijacked by one man, Donald Trump, and now only are there to comply unquestionably with his wishes, and to assist him in forcing his will upon the United States and to some degree the entire World. There can be NO justification for any of this It can be only described as mindless cult behavior Democrats, sadly, have offered only weak, lukewarm resistance , and therefore are to blame for the situation we find ourselves in. At present , we still have the ability, and duty, to VOTE! If we wish to keep the Republic, WE must remove every single Republican fdom office, at every level of government Trump is a malignant narcissist, and in my fairly well informed and educated opinion, certifiably INSANE. his views, opinions, and agenda represent NO recognized political ideology, but rather the ravings of a madman
Not blaming them I just don’t understand why they can’t seem top mount an effective counter. I agree with Bernie. They made it look like they didn’t care about the White blue collar worker, who were traditionally their bedrock base. Of course that’s not true, but they couldn’t get the message out.
