hurricane lies, then he came back to the podium when a reporter asked the question, "Mr. President, why do you think Trump is doing this?"
Biden, because he's decent to the core, said "I don't know why, it's crazy, it's un American."
Biden does know, of course, but Trump, being a fountain of evil, is like an alien to him.
Also probably best not to publicly speculate because nothing Biden can say will actually make Trump stop, nor really turn MAGA away, so it's pointless.
