If the good sister taught it right, it's the only place Jesus says what you go to hell for. Basically, if you do those things (called works of mercy) God likes you. If you don't, he kind of asks you to leave. Something like that...I'm paraphrasing. Anywho! I could be wrong. I'm not congressperson.
