If he thought he could get 30x from any investment, he'd grab it in a heartbeat. That's the rub -- what else could he be doing with his time to maximize personal gain? Or, is this the juiciest option to skim cash without any accountability?

There is nothing such as a slam dunk in politics. While a fresh, progressive candidate could be good, that would entirely depend on whether she could win. I prefer McAuliffe over any Repub.

He does at least bring back fond memories of another private equity guy - none other than Mittens and Bain Capitol. Whoever runs against this new guy should do lots of research into the companies he's undoubtedly shut down, jobs lost, etc.

[Chase's] supporters, who presumably exist, accused Snyder's backers in the state GOP of engineering a “disassembled convention" instead of a primary in order to hurt her chances, which were never good in the first place.(bolding mine)And yet I have gotten endless emails over the last six months or more, telling me that this woman is posed to be governor of VA unless I send them money right now to stop her.
