RippedSignGate: Painters Gone Mild
So painter's union -- whose only proven connection to RippedSignGate is the shirt worn by the ripper -- has apologized on on, uhm, someone's behalf. From the statement, we understand mostly that the "International Union of Painters and Allied Trades believes in the fundamental right for civil discourse, freedom of speech and activism to support our candidates and issues." (Yay free speech!) But that what happened yesterday "is an affront to everything we, as a union, pride ourselves to represent." (Boo making little girls cry!)
Strong stuff from the painters' union. We note they're not actually taking responsibility for anything, which is so like the Democrats. . . first they apologize, then they figure out who to blame. . .
