Back in 2004 and 2008, GOP operative Nathan Sproul was constantly being accused of voter registration fraud -- including having his workers misrepresent themselves as nonpartisan, and then having them throw away or destroy registration forms turned in by Democrats.
Who would have thought a graduate of the Pillsbury Baptist Bible College and the University of Phoenix could pull himself up by his bootstraps to scam millions of dollars from one of the major American political parties? (Oxford or the Ivies, sure, but the now-defunct PBBC?)
