Why the heck was the Corsi case dropped?

Oh, I don't know. "It's charming how much jail time Roger Stone got." Something like that might work.

No, not mush. There's still room.

I was voir dire'd to be on a jury for a multi-defendant capital murder trial, but they expected it run 5 days a week for almost a year, which would have been a financial hardship for me, so the judge cut me loose. I still wonder who could be on a jury for a year and not have it be a hardship.

Arguably, both Reagan and Nixon conspired with foreign governments to influence elections in their favor by changing the timetable of local events. I think they differ in that in those cases, the "thing of value" provided was not as clear as it is in the Trump case and the action by the foreign governments could be spun as not interfering in an ongoing American election by waiting until after the election. (I'm less convinced by the second position than by the first.)

Mine lasted for one week. It was a pretty much open-and-shut case - a guy who had stolen a car led cops on a low-speed chase through rush-hour traffic until he tried to make a brake through a red light and ending up t-boning some guy in an Oldsmobile and killing him.

Stephen Hawkings in his prime wouldn't be as smart as Stone thinks he is. Homer Simpson at his dumbest is smarter than Stone actually is.
