Rumsfeld: Should He Be Polishing His Resume?

Donald Rumsfeld's current unemployment advisory level is Blue, or "Catch me if you can!" We're thinking that by the end of the day, the Department of Job Security will be raising it to Yellow, at least. Lots of chatter out there.
