This bastard is 93 and still alive while I can think of some very good people who didn't make it to 70. Why do evil people live so long and good people don't?
Just think how sad Barrs life really is at this point. The money and power he has are really worthless for a guy like him. Hes just a sad old man that probably zero people want to spend more than 5 minutes with.
I'm respectfully disagreeing -- very respectfully. Ppl who haven't cultivated insight and self-awareness (that group includes every right-winger everywhere and sadly many people from other parts of the spectrum) are masters of denial and other psychological defense mechanisms. They don't view themselves as flawed or deficient, and they don't *feel* regret or sorrow, bc they rely on the defenses to shove down that stuff or pretend it doesn't exist.
I say this as someone who trained to become a therapist (after having had a ton of therapy bc one of my parents had narc tendencies and was very difficult / somewhat destructive). The non-suffering of these harmful ppl is annoying -- our inherent sense of justice demands that they pay in some way for all the harm they inflict -- but we have to come to terms with it. And, tho they aren't experiencing pain as pain, they also aren't living a full, rich life with any positivity or joy, tho they spin spin spin to insist that they are. And, they continue to engage in other-destructive behaviors (ex.: all of djt's policies).
Btw, djt's constant rage-tweeting and his hucksterism can be understood partly as a way to self-soothe -- but bc he has never faced the massive amt of pain and shame at his core, it keeps burbling up, and he has to keep finding ways to shove it down.
Sames goes for barr, tho to a lesser degree, given that he isn't quite as damaged (he's able to comport himself calmly for ex.). So I think he, among other things, hides behind a giant wall of denial about his reputation and about his being shunned by some; and, he surrounds himself with equally damaged ppl who think he did well and is a good guy.
I dearly hope that Bill Barr is made thoroughly miserable by this turn of events. That he can soon mourn the passing of Rupert along with an impoverished Lachlan.
Did we expect anything less from a man so awful he inspired a parody of "Its a Wonderful Life" but its about the angel trying to get Murdoch to realize the world is actually much better and much happier if he had never existed?
Why should his kids be different from everyone else in hating Rupert Murdoch.
So, within the past week we have witnessed:
1. The corrupt South Korean president declare martial law
2. The corrupt South Korean president back down and apologize the next day.
3. A lone gunman kill an allegedly corrupt health insurance CEO with a 'ghost gun'
4. The corrupt Assad family flee Syria to Moscow
5. SAT drones flying over northern New Jersey. (This is weird bc satellite controlled drones require more sophistication than RC drones.)
6. The lone gunman, who killed the allegedly corrupt health insurance CEO, get caught at a McDonald's in Altoona, PA
7. Murdoch's family in court fighting over the family trust.
AND IT'S ONLY WEDNESDAY MORNING FOLKS!!!
At least 3 of the scrotum's kids inherited some of his mother's generous humanity.
"The Fox mogul is fighting with his kids about the future of his company after he croaks."
You keep promising us a good time, but where's the delivery?

Trashing democracy is extremely lucrative.
I would've thought Bill Barr would be packing for an extended four year vacation overseas.
It's lucky for me that my life is on TV so I know what my options are.
"In other words, nice try, fellas, now go get your motherfucking shine box."
LMAO
So “Irrevocable” is still a thing? Good to know.
This is like "The Lion In Winter" a tale of a transfer of power, only enacted by third rate clowns who can't remember their lines.
I came here for a bit of good news. And I'll definitely be making votive offerings to Gaia for this to continue.
Glad to meet you!
Will he utter "Rosebud" on his deathbed?
I hope we find out soon.
Wait...hasn't Rupert Murdoch been "93" for, like, half a decade?
Made me laugh aloud. Thanks -- I needed that.

Spoiler, he doesn't agree.
