Rush Limbaugh's legal team is taking its completely serious defamation case against the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to the most important court in wingnut alternate reality: Fox News. On Hannity Monday, attorney Patty Glaser explained why
My favorite Trump lawsuit is when he went after the author of a book, for reporting that "billionaire" Donnie was actually worth only about $250 mil. To win, he'd have had to prove to the court that this was false. Trump dropped the suit.
<i>&quot; How many of you guys, in your own experience with women, have learned that &ldquo;no&rdquo; means &ldquo;yes,&rdquo; if you know how to spot it?&quot;</i>
He has a point. Just like &quot;I want Obama to fail&quot; means &quot;I hate America and support al Queda&quot; if you know how to spot it.
...why do I invision all of Rush&#039;s sexual experiences looking like that scene out of Star Wars. Where Princess Leia is chained to the fat slug Jabba the Hutt?
Last time I checked, truth is a defense to defamation. I look forward to the subpoena duces tecum video depositions of Rush&#039;s ex wives--&quot;please bring all marital settlement agreements, nondisclosure agreements, prescriptions, correspondence&quot;. . . . They could last for weeks mining that treasure trove.
Rush Limbaugh makes malicious statements. He is well aware that these statements appeal to a large plurality of his audience, but can be offensive to the majority of the population at large. In fact, these statements could make my client appear brutish, bigoted and/or generally evil. As part of his job Mr. Limbaugh often attacks innocent people with half-truths, insults and even total lies, which could give individuals outside of his fan-base an appearance of &quot;dickishness&quot;. Therefore, we intend to show that any dissemination of his words, verbatim, is actually a malicious attack on Mr. Limbaugh&#039;s character.
Bonus: the money he saves (23%) he can roll over directly into black-market prescription drugs and grey-market little blue pills for his (how many is it now?) <strike>cabana boy</strike>trophy wife.
Holy Wonkatoons that&#039;s some &#039;headship&#039; Rush is displaying in that pic. USS Fat Fuckface

How about the &quot;nobody believes a word Rush says anyhow&quot; defense?
Hmm. Reminds me of an asshole.

Rush Limbaugh is a fat asshole.
(Try taking that out of context. )

nope, no hypocrisy here..
OMG!!! I would totally sign up for pay-per-view to watch this!
Depends, is it sarcasm?
So this is his last-ditch effort to <strike>stay</strike> appear relevant?
New York Times v. Sullivan, mofo.

The Limbaugh defense as I see it:

I wouldn&#039;t take Rush&#039;s check.
Now, his double-black platinum card...
