Scary, Scary Times on the Hill

Jim Beard, a Democrat staffer on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, has sent out an email inviting fellow Hill denizens to a "Ghost Tour" of the Capitol (which he apparently does every year around Halloween) at 2PM today. He's graciously included Republicans in the invite, but, uhm, for Republians, there's something else going on at 2 that might be more frightening.

Several of you have asked if I planned to do a ghost tour of the Capitol this year. I would like to offer one this afternoon at 2: 00.

I have to limit the number to 12, and only people with a staff or press ID.

Get back to me by e-mail if you are interested. (No calls, please.) If I get more than 12 people interested, I'll try to take people in the order of response, but I'm going to give precedence to T&I Democratic staff.

Sorry for the late notice, but it's been a busy week.
