Greenburgh is an upscale Westchester town, but it's run by total amateurs. They recently discovered that they'd been paying their fire chiefs (they have three of 'em!) over $200,000/year -- which is more than Governor Cuomo is paid. That's a lot of bake sales, even in Westchester.
