in TX news - SB 4, the ban on so-called sanctuary cities (again, no statutory definition until something like this passes), is being debated on the TX Senate Floor today. they also pushed the ethics bills to today's agenda and 3 nominations for UT Regents. right now, they're still on nice times bills.
