My letter to Senator Tillis today:

Senator: Did you have breakfast today? Have you donated to any food banks in NC while your government has cut off essential food supplements to your constituents? I will bet you sent them thoughts and prayers, didn't you.

Trump can send 20 - 40 billion dollars to Argentina to buy Argentinian beef and bankrupt American cattlemen, but we cannot feed the ones who need it most. And health care? We cannot afford that while Trump pays his goons outrageous sums to terrorize American cities. Wanna know why you lost these elections? Look in the mirror, senator, look in the mirror.

The contrast between Bessent claiming there's a 'process' to follow while millions go hungry and Trump hosting Gatsby parties at Mar-a-Lago really captures the entire administrtion perfectly. It's telling that he had to lie twice about the court decision before pivoting to this vague process excuse. When the excuse for not releasing legally mandated funds is 'we need to figure out the process,' you know they're just stalling to weaponize hunger as a negotiating tactic.

So Magic Mike, which of the teachings of Jesus was about starving the hungry and turning your back on the sick? Oh, and for providing air cover to protect a rapist and pedophile?

All of the people in stupid hitlers administration idolize and live in a past era.

Stupid hitler: idolizes the 1920s and robber barons.

Miller and Bovino: Nazi lovers taking us back to the 1940s.

Kennedy: getting us back to the wonderful alchemy and science of the 1440 dark ages.

Who says you can never go back!!

I keep reminding my senators that they will be fired by Trump. Dictators neither want nor like anyone sharing power. What Trump wants is to make and enforce all the laws and have the Supreme Court rubber stamp everything he does. If that doesn't scare the beejezus out of you, nothing can scare you.

All of Trump's puppets lie. The odd thing is: What do they hope to gain out of trashing the nation? Seems like it's a game that everybody loses except the few at the top of the pyramid scheme. But they would then be ripe participants for an enactment of the"The Most Dangerous Game."

Trump omitted to say what part of the 20's he wants to return America to, probably because it was a day that had the word Black in it.

Once again, I admire the Herculean will power it takes to sit in the same room with Grindr Mike and not reach across the table to smack that condescending smirk right off of his face.

"As we fast approach what will soon be the longest shutdown in our nation’s history, we are reminded of the the previous longest shutdown in 2019, created by our tantrum-throwing White House resident and his all-too-willing congressional sycophants."

And it will continue until the Fulvous Fuckwad gets his way and the Dems capitulate:

> "Mr. Trump [sic] places the blame for the shutdown at the feet of Democrats. He said his plan to end the shutdown is to "keep voting." [I know that the Corrupt Coral Coward has already lost his marbles, but this is additional proof. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" misattributed to Albert Einstein.]

[...]

Mr. Trump [sic] helped end previous government shutdowns by bringing members of Congress to the White House for discussions.

"I'm not going to do it by being extorted by the Democrats who have lost their way," Mr. Trump [sic] said. "There's something wrong with these people."

Mr. Trump [sic] said he believes that Democrats will eventually capitulate and vote to end the shutdown.

"And if they don't vote, that's their problem," he said." https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-government-shutdown-democrats-fault-60-minutes/

"BESSENT: I believe that we are in a transition period here. […] if we are contracting spending, then I would think inflation would be dropping. If inflation is dropping, then the Fed should be cutting rates."

Mr Bessent is not wrong: if inflation is decreasing then the Fed should consider cutting the rates. But he is wrong when he says inflation is decreasing:

> "The annual inflation rate in the US rose to 3% in September 2025, the highest since January, from 2.9% in August" https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/inflation-cpi
