However this just isn't sexual activity - the victim told him no, she didn't 'allow' him (out of fear). So that is rape. That is a longer sentence. Now I'm not a judge (I just get to work out what they want), but that could be 8 years. In Britain that is 4 inside, 4 on licence (on licence you can easily be recalled if you break the terms, and serve the rest inside). Could be longer could be a Extended Determinate (2/3rds to first parole, if no parole then release at custodial end THEN licence). Could be more. Plus being placed on Sex Offender Register, and A Sex Offenders Prevention Order. So although you are released you are heavily constricted - no talking to anyone under 16, no being near schools, playgrounds etc. Polygraph tests, curfews etc.
