So-Called Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals Unanimously Invites Trump To Eat This Dick

WEIRD BREAKING NEWS, but it seems like more "so-called judges" think Donald Trump's Muslim ban is terrible and bad and should eat dicks. A panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has ruled that the hold that nice judge in Washington placed on the Muslim ban will remain, handing weak, sad Donald Trump another big loser loss on the first big thing he tried to do as "president":

A federal appeals court has maintained the freeze on President Trump’s controversial immigration order, meaning previously barred refugees and citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries can continue entering the U.S.

A panel with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit upheld the ruling of U.S. District Judge James Robart, who had decided Friday that Trump’s temporary travel ban should be put on hold. The Department of Homeland Security soon suspended all enforcement of Trump’s controversial directive.

NICE! Keep protesting! Keep making calls! Keep raising hell!

All three judges on the panel -- one appointed by Obama, one by Dubya Bush and one by Jimmy Carter -- agreed on just how much the Trump administration needs to go fuck itself right now. Weird how even Republican-appointed judges understand things like "Constitution" and "the law." It's like they went to a special school Trump didn't go to or something! Also weird how President Bannon and Donald Trump don't automatically get what they want, just because Bannon writes an executive order and Trump scrawls his name on it in poo. Checks and balances! Get some!

NO EVIDENCE. It's funny, but you can't go into court without evidence. You'd think Trump would know that, considering how often he's sued, but doy doy doy, he is the dumbest. The WaPo notes that in the hearing, for real, Trump's lawyers had nothin' :

Judge Richard Clifton, a President George W. Bush appointee, noted that the government already had processes in place to screen people coming from those countries and asked, “Is there any reason for us to think that there’s a real risk or that circumstances have changed such that there’s a real risk?”

“The president determined that there was a real risk,” responded the August E. Flentje, the Justice Department lawyer.

Yeeeeeeeah. The "president" decided in his brain that he hates Muslims, therefore there is a "risk."

At least he acknowledges he has to fight this in court, for now . We will see what he does when he ultimately loses the whole damn thing at the Supreme Court, the court where he will have to SEE THEM IN COURT.
