His argument is that they already have the kids together - they're just on ice. Which makes sense from a "life begins at conception" point of view. Too bad that is not the POV espoused by SCOTUS. For that matter, that's not the POV espoused by Yahweh either - there are any number of verses from both Old and New Testaments to that effect.

More fundamentally for this case, anyone who gets involved w/ IVF knows that they generally create significantly more embryos than actually get implanted, and by default the rest are kept on ice until they are either implanted later, or they're allowed to expire. He had to have known that going in. In this case, Ms. Vergara is not saying she wants them to be discarded - she's saying she wants them to stay frozen.

TL;DR: This guy is both Wrong and A Idiot in multiple ways.
