What no tax cuts for the rich in this budget? You’re not fully embracing the stupid Bobby.

And I, for one, am grateful.

The Medicaid program will no longer cover physical therapy and speech therapy rehabilitation services for nursing home residents.

(boggle)

Frivolous luxuries!

Also, not all nursing home residents are permanent guests, waiting for the death panels to convene.

Wait, we all know that Medicaid reimbursements are absolute bargain basement, right?

As in, for many procedures, they don't even cover cost. There is no lower set of reimbursement rates than Medicaid.

So, even if Douche Greenstein isn't lying, his point is entirely nonsensical. If you push people out of Medicaid into other programs, you're going to increase costs.

Cutting services to the needy: fiscal responsibility. Raising taxes on the rich: class warfare.
